The rooms were clean and quite spacious. I found the breakfast buffet to be amazing with many options available. The location was conveniently close to the train station, a real plus for travel. The staff were very friendly and helpful making my visit smooth.
The gym is a bit small, it could use some expansion.

My room featured modern decor and included a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was super clean and well-equipped with toiletries. I noticed the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a consistent and pleasant temperature throughout my stay.

the room was not great. the bed WASN'T comfy at all. i think the mattress was old. also, the breakfast felt limited. there was a juice, but staff ONLY allowed one glass of orange juice. that is RIDICULOUS for the price i paid.

the breakfast was acceptable.
the avenue outside was quite noisy, even late at night. the soundproofing was poor, so i could hear the intense traffic. this made it hard to sleep well.

the hotel is very clean the room was big enough as was the bathroom the staff are very friendly and helpful the location is very close to everything i could reach downtown and train stations by walking. i recommend it the bed was great. the bathroom also met my needs.

the staff were friendly. ayman gave us a tour of the hotel. he were a great guy and i recommended him highly. hicham, abdalla and amira were supportive people.
the pool felt very small.
